To keep your Crystal Tale earrings shining for years, follow these simple care tips:

• Excess moisture can cause the metal to lose its shine or color over time.

Avoid contact with perfume, lotion, hairspray, or cleaning products.
• These can damage the surface and dull the sparkle.

Keep in a dry, cool place — ideally in your Crystal Tale box or a soft pouch.
4.
Wipe lightly with a soft, dry cloth after wearing.
Never use alcohol, wipes, or harsh cleaners.

What should I do if my earring gets damaged?

Damage & Replacement Policy

We take great care in packaging every Crystal Tale earring set to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully. However, if your earrings arrive damaged or broken, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and will make it right.


If Your Earrings Arrive Damaged:

You are eligible for a full refund or a replacement set (same or similar style, based on your preference and availability) — at no additional cost.


To Qualify for a Refund or Exchange, Please Provide:

Clear photo(s) showing the damaged earring(s) exactly as they arrived
A photo of the original packaging (if possible)

These details help us improve our packaging and file claims with the courier.
